RaymondHouser
I downloaded Fallout 3 GOTY edition and promptly downloaded fose, knowing I was going to mod it. I have installed skript extenders several times in the past, so I am familiar with the process. I ensured that the fose loader is right below fallout.exe. But the error still comes up that the fose loader cannot locate the fallout.exe. I double checked to ensure that the fallout.exe worked, and it does. What the heck is going on. talagrin
If you installed the GOTY in the default repertory, you will have a lot of trouble, mainly because it is write-protected. Try to install Falllout3 anywhere else (/User/username/My games/... should be fine), then install the DLC using NMM (or FOMM). After that, installing FOSE just like you did should work. At least, it worked for me ;)
luthienanarion
Make sure that you haven't moved your installation directory. If you have, move it back or uninstall it and re-install it to an alternate location.
