CTD after opening the map near Windhelm area

Hello, everyone! Can someone help me, please? I am doing that Dragonborn's quest with Delphine where u need to hunt down a Dragon to prove yourself to her as the Dragonborn, but as soon as I approach to Windhelm's area and try to open the map, my game CTD. As far as I know, it happens only in that area, very very close to the Windhelm city. What could it be? I was opening my map normally all the way there. I use LOOT to download needed mods to avoid those red errors messages.
