Annoying bug (Gun keeps unholstering)

Hello, I've come across this extremely annoying bug where my gun doesn't stay in it's holster. This happens everytime I enter a new cell, be it wilderness or interior doesn't matter, it always happens (Even whene no weapon is equipped = fists). While it's not gamebreaking it can be extremely annoying.

 

I'm using a couple of mods one might be the problem but I have no clue as to what's causing it. It might even be a hardware problem as I've mapped the reload/ready weapon to a mouse button (I've tried disabling it but it still happens).

I used to have this issue, I can't remember what caused it, I'm sure it was something I did in the console, I ended up re-installing if I remember. Try a new save?

Yeah, it might be something I did in the console but I have played this game for a couple of years now and have used the console quite a lot, I don't remember doing anything out of the ordinary. I tried re-installing but It's still there.

 

And creating a new character is not something I'm ready to do since I've played 50 hours into my current save.

 

There must be someway I can modify my current save to keep quest progress, stats, relationships etc and wipe everything else?

I've already re-installed my game from scratch and I am now quite certain that my problem lies in the save itself. That's why I asked if there was a way to fix the bug through the savegame without losing any progress.
