how can adjust a mod to become bigger if wear a big armour?

I'm not sure if there already exists a topic like this, but i'm still going to ask.

How can i mod a armor to make me as big as the character, who wears it? For example, i made a mod including a man with the size of 3, but when i kill him and wear his armor, i'm still the same size. How can i adjust the mod to make me bigger when i wear the armor? And if possible too in 1st person. I'm asking because i actualy made a mod with a giant man, and i try to adjust it like that. Also, sorry for my english.
