(Heavily Modded) Institute Fast Travel Passing Normal Fast Travel Time

This is admittedly a hard issue to track down, and is highly specific to me I'm sure. This is mostly just a post to see if it *can* be fixed and what might be causing it, as well as my own curiosity about how Bethesda implemented the teleportation system.

 

However, on a new mod setup, I've run into a strange problem where the Institute teleporter is suddenly not instantaneous, passing the normal fast travel time. I'm booting up the Creation Kit right now to have a look at what makes the fast travel take only a minute into and out of the Institute, to track down what mod might be the culprit but if anybody knows where specifically I can poke around in the CK, that'd be lovely.
