"Local Map" bug?

Hey guys, Having fun exploring the Wasteland? Hehe.

 

OK, here's my problem, my Local Map on the Pip-boy isn't working properly. Some areas in the local map would sometimes turn black again, as if I haven't explore them yet. This happens when I complete certain parts of the map, I'll show a couple of screen shots;

 

OK, here's me in Springvale, you can see me on the road to Megaton below the map.

Now, this might be hard to spot, but the road to the north from my position haven't actually been revealed yet because I haven't go there. But as soon as I do, look what happens;

The area including Silver's house has turn black again !

This happens when I try to complete Megaton and Minefield's Local Map as well. The dark square-shaped spot will appear at the center of the map.

For some reason, the local map won't let me reveal these specific areas.

 

Now,I've been searching for hours for the solution, but I can't even find anyone who has experienced the same problem. Anyone has an idea on how to fix it?

Please help, I'd appreciate it.
