Random CTDs without warnings

Hello...I've been experiencing random CTDs since i started a new game without any warnings

There are a lot of causes for CTDs. and by definition you get no warning for any CTD (Crash To Desktop)

You don't say if the crash happens instantly on starting, if it happens after a certain time playing, if it happens in certain places or if it is repeatable on demand.

Info on your system may be helpful - operating system, video card, video ram, system ram, etc.

It always happen after loading screen when travel to major cities , or in mid-loading this problem happened to me after i installed the unofficial patch but most users don't experience these CTDs maybe it's another mod conflicting ?
