DrakeTheDragon Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 Can't say I've ever seen a skin texture like that, but just in case you missed it somehow, the existing Twilek Race mod could come in handy here. With this then it's definitely only a re-texture job to get what you're after.
