I mean, look at this one: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=6300 Not only is the bow sweet, but the entire outfit the character is wearing works, it isn't some mishmash. Are there more of these kinds of mods around and I just haven't seen them, or are they really rare? the only other ones I can think of that are somewhat similar are the Dwarven subway and the soon-to-be-completed Dwemer Submarine (the incredible modder who makes these unfortunately escapes me at the moment).
