Shouts don't work?

i recently tried to use my unrelenting force shout with the 'Z' key. when i press it, my character says the first word of a shout then stops. in third person, no animation is played. so shouts dont work anymore, i thought. i unchecked every mod in my load order and launched the game; shouts worked. i then went through in groups of 5 mods at a time, unchecking them in my load order and loading up. after getting all the way to the top of the load order, no group was preventing shouts from working.

i came to the conclusion that it must be a combination that is causing the problem or that they are conflicting with each other.

it would take too long to check every combination so im asking the community: has anyone else had this problem? dos anyone know of a solution? does anyone know of mods which cause conflicts such as this?

 

i dont know how to just get a list of all my mods in text format so unless someone can tell me how to, i cant tell anyone my load order, which, incidentally is over 100 mods. :P

 

anyway, if anyone could help me out id be eternally grateful!

fixed to the guy who started this thread. if you have ap installed update it. should be 3.01. should fix the issue. did for me
