Can someone help me, please?

Hey, everyone! Could someone help me, please? I've been playing Skyrim Special Edition for weeks. My save game has 40 hours of gameplay. So, I was playing it normally yesterday, the day before yesterday, when all the sudden, the game started CTD after loading my save game. It happens only with my save game. I deleted all autosave games and tried loading anothers saves (from others players) and it worked, but with mine it didn't.

 

I don't know what to do. I just want to play my game, and it's funny because I've been playing it without an issue
so far. All the sudden, it started CTD after loading my save game today and I was playing it today hours before it starts happening.
