Is there some database containing the stats of monsters (vitality, strength ... and so on)?

I'd like to actually know how the scaling to higher levels actually takes place (because I'd like to make my mod be balanced). So I'm interested if there is some database available containing all the stats.
Alternatively - Does somebody know what .xml I have to look in to search for that data?

has some monster abilities.

I vaguely remember some file similar to:

geralt_stats.xml

but for monsters, but now I don't remember :(
