Vault 22 Crash upon entering.

I found out about this while starting the quest for The Thorn to get the Mantis eggs.
I am new to this, started about 2 weeks ago. I have self trialed and errored my way through most issues and resolved them. I have read forums to see if anyone has had the same issue and nothing.

So the issue is that upon entering Vault 22s door the game crashes. Most likely its because of the mod, I have no idea which one, so here is the list. (I have no idea how to set the list like others)
