Help Customizing Weapons & Armor

Hello I would want to add a enchantment of weapon of another mod on another weapon with creation kit but it does not appear on new weapon, similar with an armor of another mod or I would want to put another enchantment, I followed well the tuto: http: // www.creationkit.com / Customizing_Weapons _ 26_Armor, but it would seem that it works only with weapons and armors of skyrim and not those to add with mods.
