Short animations with Skyrim characters?

Hey guys,

I am searching for a way to animate skyrim characters. I want them to do basic; "scripted" movements - like putting a weapon up their shoulder and looking into the camera, smiling into the camera, saluting with their fist on their chest, etc... I want to make short videos for my custom AI's for another game (Stronghold Crusader, in case that helps understanding what I'm exactly up to).

I already installed quite a few mods; face animation mods, idle mods and so on, I'm using commands to manipulate the camera movement; but I do not get a result I'm happy with. Do u guys have any suggestions/ hints that might help me doing "real" animations?
