A Negative cell change?

Hi,

 

I was looking at my logs files (without going into unnecessary detail, trying to make some sense of a couple of unrelated issues) and noticed a couple of "odd" cell changes referred to in CBP.log

 

In the log, three cell changes are noted, as follows

 

cell change 1107950784

cell change -1008510400

cell change -739894720

Note that in two cases, it shows a negative cell change. I'll admit, I have a lot to learn, but I'm struggling to understand the idea of a negative cell. Or maybe I'm misinterpreting what that cell change value means.

So... can someone briefly explain (in general) what I'm seeing here?
