Lantern textures help

So I am completely lost here. I have been using T'Skyrim Riverwood for quite some time so I'm not sure why this is happening now. And actually it is not even just that mod, I just noticed it first. I think anything that uses the candlelanternwithcandle01.nif is affected. I basically have the mesh/shape active in-game, but it has no textures. So a brief idea of what I have tried:

Validating game file integrity with STEAM

Restarting a new game

Looking into the Skyrim-Textures3.bsa to see that the texture is actually there (it is)

Manually placing the texture file in textures/clutter/common/lampgeneric01.dds (the path indicated in the mesh/clutter/common/candlelanternwithcandle01.nif)

Re-ran DynDOLOD

Re-ran Wrye Bash

Re-ran Nemesis

Performed a clean save with Fallrim Tools in the Riverwood Trader

Ran just Nemesis and Wrye Bash without DynDOLOD's esm/esp active. The texture was still missing in-game.

Re-installed any related T'skyrim, Riverwood or Lanterns II mods after re-downloading them.

Checked the relevant nif and texture paths to make sure they were correct.

Restarted my computer.

Checked with informative console to identify various lanterns, including those in Lanterns II and JK's Riverwood and T'Skyrim Riverwood, all with that nif name.

I have no idea why it can't find this texture. It is there. I can view it in Irfanview. Does anyone have any other ideas that might fix this? It is annoying.

EDIT: Hmmm. May be on to something here. ENB Light also screws with that nif. I'm right clicking on that mod in VORTEX, selecting manage conflicts, and on that particular mod it gives me two mod options to control the model. ENB LIGHT and SMIM. Guess I'll try the other one to see if it works. Just takes forever to run things with 800+ mods active. Maybe there is a path problem after all...

EDIT: That appears to have been it, but all I did was switch it from ENB Light to SMIM and then back to ENB Light again. Ran Wrye Bash and it appears to be good. Didn't even need to switch permanently to SMIM, which was my next step. Sometimes it helps to write things down. And sometimes you realize Skyrim is just a weird-@$$ game.

I guess we can ignore my plea for help. Someday I'm going to solve a problem just BEFORE I ask for help, not after.
