Problems with dialogue package

Okay, so what i'm trying to do is have the player fight an npc and when the npc's health goes below 30% the fight stops and he starts talking to you; think something along the lines of one of the brawls in Skyrim.

What actually happens is: the fight stops and then the guy starts running backwards until he hits a wall, the conversation never starts.

I'm guessing I've done something wrong with the dialogue package but I have no idea what. Any ideas?

Sounds glitched, like it's stuck in combat. Idk remove from combat then evaluate to find a true on a standing at marker package. I don't really know. I can only comment on what I have seen. So I'm really just guessing.
