FOSE & Steam Game time

Running FOSE through Steam to record game time.
Ok I know there has to be more than a handful of people who want this. I have tried the options found on the internet on doing so but after several starts it will not launch Steam anymore and just launches Fallout 3 without the Steam overlay and recording game time.

What I have done was after installing FOSE and renaming fose_loader.exe to "FalloutLauncher" and creating a shortcut through Steam on the desktop worked, but now it stops working after several sucessful starts and recording game time. I've tried starting all over with reinstalling FOSE and deleting Fallout Launcher .exe and getting a new one through Verify Integrity cache which will download the launcher again but it doesn't do anything different. Still launches Fallout 3 script extender but without Steam.

Does anyone have an idea what to do? Fix ? Anything please. It's annoying that you can't run FOSE with Steam recording your game time. It worked for a little while but now it doesn't.

I've already read this mod as well and downloaded the file which is just a readme on how to do this along with other things. http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/18909/, however it's the samething I've been doing but only works temp before it stops working and just launches FO3SE without Steam.
Can someone please help me get this to work correctly? I know it can be done people are logged in right now with SE and Fallout 3 and are able to record gametime from what I've read on other various forums and videos. I can't seem to get mine to work.

Well I give up, spending so much time with this and if anyone is able to do this or is doing this now please speak up so I know that this even capable. It worked for a little while then after installing some more mods it seized to keep recording gametime through Steam. I don't understand why FONV and Skyrim don't have this issue. GFWL please go away forever.
