Better Vampires: Not being attacked as Vampire, bad Faction?

I'm currently using Brehanin's Better Vampires, and I've encountered an issue I can't seem to resolve. The mod's settings have me hated by all at Stage 1 vampirism, and even when at stage 1, I am not being attacked/hated by anyone.

 

I have spoken with the incredibly helpful mod author, but they are unaware of what might be the cause, other than possibly something else modifying my factions in a way that would stop everyone from attacking me.

 

If any talented problem sleuths are able to help and up for the challenge, I'd be incredibly grateful. Here is my current load order:

I'm still desperately looking for help on this. I can't figure out which mod is doing it, but something is taking away agression toward Vampires.

 

Can anyone help me figure it out?
