Could someone make a mod that reduces the idle sway of the pipboy?

Its something that has always bothered me. I mean i can understand that your arm would move but ive found myself rocking back and forth to compensate.

that mod says it reduces the animation length of bringing up the pipboy. i don't see where it says it removes the idle swaying once up

i did try searching. Did you read the link you sent nowhere does it say it reduces the idle sway of the pipboy.

Oh I thought you meant "the time it takes to get the pipboy/menu "(by idle sway) up.
My bad :)
