Game crashes in VATS

I have been playing Fallout 3 for a while now. It crashed several times but not too much, Then I decided to install several mods:

http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=121

http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=2045

http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=165

And then game started to crashed much more often. Eveytime I enter VATS and try to use it, the game crashes instantly. I deleted all the mod files and loaded my older save that was before I have installed the mods and the game still crashed in VATS.

Please help me, I don't want to loose my progress and I want to continue playing this game.

I don't know why those mods specifically have screwed with your VATs, especially not if you have removed every single file installed by them and are left with a standard installation of the game. If you want a sure-fire method of restoring your game to full functionality, I'd basically just recommend that you re-install the game as that should restore any currupted files that might be the cause of your problem.

You can do this without deleting your save games, just make sure you remove the Fallout 3 folder after uninstalling (but before re-installing) as there might be leftovers from the old install in the folder. If you want to be sure that your saves aren't lost, you can make a copy of them by going into your documents folder and copying the contents of the savegame folder to a different location like the desktop and copy it back once you have reinstalled the game.

Just take note, that if your savegame relies heavily on the installed mods, they might be fubared without the mods installed as the game doesn't always know how to read the data of the savegame when they use modded content.

Well, it sometimes crashes outside VATS too but now every time I enter VATS my game crashes.

I have many saves and only the last few are with mods. I haven't advanced far away into the game, because my game started crashing after I installed the mods (I don't know which particular mod causes game to crash or if all of them does).

I am just going to uninstall the game, delete Fallout 3 folder and install the game again. Hopefully that fixes my problem. However, I hope I can use the mods. At least the one that raises level cap, 'cause I really wanna get more perks.
