Shadow setting is Medium but they not seeing

Hi,

Shadows = Medium

Shadow Resolution = 1024x1024

The problem is shadows not seeing.

and I use these mods: (How can I solve this ? Which mod affect it ?)

**(I tried without "Realistic Lightning.esp and Enchanced LightstandFX.esp" but didn't work.)**
