biscuitWizard
^-- Pretty much what the tin says. Playing operation anchorage, sneak up to one. Bamf! In the back with a knife. Sneak attack critical. Would have expected the soldier to plop down like something that dies immediately once stabbed in the back. Instead, the soldier had pretty much full HP still. Switch to silenced pistol, fire away, have to empty two whole clips into the guy before he dies, and his friend shows up and blams me in the face. Something is definitely wrong here. I pulled up FO3edit, and the damage values all appear to be okay across all my mods for the 10mm alloy silenced pistol and knife. I checked the chinese jumpsuit armor, and it's also okay. I'm not sure if I'm just noobing up my way through the editor or if there's actually something legimately wrong that I'm doing here. Small Update: Actually, the in game stats for the silenced pistol are 8 damage and 12 rounds. This sounds like it's the default pistol stats? Ported in 0100c06d for the listed FWE pistol and got a 25 damage pistol. Neat. Started shooting up, but /still/ it took a thousand shots to take down one baddie. This is killer weird. KimberJ
Level 10-20 is good for going to Opanch. It can be difficult to attempt a DLC too early, though nobody warns you of that. Mods an difficulty settings would make this issue even worse. You could use Reward XP 20,000 in the console an see if it changes. Don't worry I won't tell, just don't use it to cheat :D
