icefaii
I just finished Quest 1 for kvatch rebuilt, the one where you look for men from the count of skingrad. And my main quest is at the part where I need to search for mystic dawn for the amulet of the king. So whenever I eneter an area such as weye, waterfront, the city isle before arcane university, and many other places, the game would crash just upon entering (approximaty after 1-2 second after loading is complete). I believe its caused by kvatch rebuilt, because I loaded saves after the count of skingrad sent men to kvatch for the repair but before I talk to that captain guy of kvatch (kvatch rebuilt quest 1 not being complete), those places will load fine, but after I talked to that kvatch captain, the game will start to crash at a lot of places. It also works fine before I initiate quest 1 (got the message from Igar but havent met the kvatch captain yet). I also tried uninstalling kvatch rebuilt from the steps in the readme, but saves will crash when loading. I found out that as long as I met the kvatch captain, the save will not load, it will crash. But after the message from Ignar but before meeting the kvatch captain, again the saves will load after uninstallation. I dont know why kvatch rebuilt keeps causing problem, but please help. heres my load order Oblivion.esmOscuro's_Oblivion_Overhaul.esmCM Partners.esmHorseCombatMaster.esmbabehair_EV.esmNec Character Eva-Remake.esmDIM Elves Of Lineage II Retex.esmDLCShiveringIsles.espCM Partners.espDLCHorseArmor.espDLCOrrery.espDLCSpellTomes.espDLCThievesDen.espDLCVileLair.espDLCMehrunesRazor.espDLCBattlehornCastle.espKnights.espStreamline 3.1.espblacktempler.espKDWitchesFrock.espAW_Wings.espALE_bikini.espALE_lskirt.espALE_dbarmor.espALE_Silkrobe_S.espNoble Plate Armory.espDarkIllusionArmor.espBlood Illusion and Arcania armors for Exnem's body.espBlackLuster 2SwordStyle.espAmajor7 Imperial Furniture.espAdonnays Elven Weaponry.espBlackLuster.espMasks.espMasterSwordDX_no_god.espDaemon Queen Garb.espParaClothes.espDM-Lingerie.espLilys_Rapier.espTTB.espSlappy's Wigs v1.0.espLost Paladins of the Divines.espIndigoArmor.espXia_Nhary_TwilightAssassin.HGEC1.1Normal.espSexyKunoichi.espElyndasShortSack.esphentai_Creed.espHENTAI_EVE.espArynns-Heavenly-Sword_HGEC-chaste.espHentai_LilyClothes.espAT2 Dress Armor Set.espSaberCloth.espASlof'sBraceletsandClaws.espadelina.espDiano.espExnem Pekka Pumps.espPegasus Armor Set.espArynnsDrowWitchHGEC.espHentai_Lily_Angel'sWing.espDianoArmor2.espNightshade_Armor.espIt's A Wig!.espActorsInEmotions.espDM-Butterfly Widow.espDancers clothes.espUFF Lady Shadow.espSorceress_Armors.espEY_BM_Armory.espHentai_HentaiUniform.espHentai_AthenaArmour.espHentai_ClymoreArmour.espAT2 01-Shiki Armor Set.espGloria Armor.espNegligeeArmor.espArgent Iron Armor.espHentai_LovelySuits.espDark_Mistress.espQueensarmory.espAT2 VH Robe Set.espDiano2_UltraLite.espOfuda Shikima Taisan.espFancyFinery.espColourwheels Sexy Dance Club.espHentai_Apple.espColourwheels_Sexy_Ts.espColourwheels_sexy_school_uniforms.esptona_underwear.espRingRobeHGEC.espArmamentariumStaffs.espColourwheels Sexy Regal Uniforms.espAT2 02-Shiki Armor Set.espLongTop.esp1c.esptona_muffler.esptona_simple_dress-armor.espThe Ice Queen.espColourwheels Sexy Tennis uniforms.espColourwheels_Sexy_Sweetclothes.espApachii_Goddess_Store.espDarkRoseSet.espSK_Berserk_v0.6.espNew Frostmourne Sword by Jojjo v1_0.espColourWheels Sexy Servant Uniform.espColourWheel_Uniforms_v1.5.espColourwheels_arcane_university_beta.espsweetclothes.espArynnsDemonatrixHGEC.espHGEC_Draconic_Armor.espextavegant masks.espColourWheels_Sexy_casual_wear.espColourwheels Sexy Shop Uniforms.espDarkWings.espHentaiChinaDress.espHiyoko_Store.espHentaiDarkLilith.espdan_HGEC-EcupTattooArmor.espHentai_TerraMane.espSPB Buka Buka Shirt.espBattle China Dress.espPowerAttackEffector.espSnow Dragon Temple v1.0.espSPB Nise ChiChi Bikini.espExterior Actors Have Torches 1.3 DT.espSchwarzeKatzeArmor.espArmoryLab.espKF Chapel Shop.espgardening.espSedaArmor.espJourneyman_armor.espHentai_SnowFlower.espSPB Danchou no Gakuran.espHGEC Crimson Eyecandy White.espCheydinhal Petshop.espSlof's Extra Horses.espSlof's Horses Base.espbabehair_EV.espSoya 4 Hair Pack - dezdimona
General Load-Order GuidelinesHere are the guidelines that I adhere to, personally. ~ Unofficial Oblivon Patch should always be first on the list. The fixes are great, but most aren't essential, so if a mod overwrites them its not a big deal, and the fixes have the potential for screwing up other mods if loaded later. ~ Offical Content (DLC's) should be loaded last, until you complete all quests associated with them (that includes buying all furniture for the houses and whatnot). Once they're complete, they can be safely moved up in the list. This is especially important for Knights of the Nine, which will have some fairly major problems unless loaded last (unless you get the UOP for KotN) ~ Major overhaul mods (OOO, Frans, MMM) should be loaded near the end. That gives you the most complete experience with any of those particular mods. It also lets you carefully choose which other mods to load afterwards... only move mods that you know will conflict and that you want the changes from. For example, I have Improved Soul Gems below OOO because I know that OOO changes the icons of some of the SG's, and ISG needs to be below to show through. Some people will recommend putting larger mods first, but personally I disagree. There are a number of mods out there that make minor tweaks, and loading after a large mod will end up completely overwriting a chunk from one of the bigger mods because of the way conflicts work in Oblivion (even one minor change will take precedence over the entire record... for example, simply tweaking the speed of a weapon can cause every stat of that weapon to be retained to vanilla levels if loaded later). So basically, it stacks up like this... Oblivion.esmUnofficial Oblivion Patch<Minor Mods / DLC's (Post-Completion)><Major Overhaul Mod/Mods><Mods that specifically conflict with overhauls and need to take precedence><DLC's (Pre-Completion)> Expanded Load-Order Guidelinesby dev_akm I would extend this to include: Oblivion.esmUnofficial Oblivion Patch<Weather/Environment/Sound Mods><Minor Mods/New Items/Houses/DLC's (Post-Completion)><Major Overhaul Mods><Mods that specifically conflict with overhauls and need to take precedence><DLC's (Pre-Completion)><Quests><Compatibility Patches/UOMP/Merged Leveled Lists> And a special-case warning for Knights.esp (Knights of the Nine) -- you may not be able to move it earlier than some other mods (some people have had problems after moving it before OOO, for example). That's basically the structure I use and I have 140+ mods working well together. Another way of describing this (posted by DMan77):....Oblivionunoffical patchDeeper realism mods that add sights and soundsadded content like weapons/itemsgameplay changes, like 'must eat and sleep'The OOO typethe 'new begining' type mod.................................................................................................. also disable save on fast travel and save on rest, theses will cause corrupt saved games after a while.Use save when you sleep in a bed only! And my quests mods are after OOO, ive tried moving kvatch rebuilt before or after OOO but both didnt stop the crashes, and other mods that are all over the places, which I am too lazy to move are mostly items mods(150+ of mods i used are items), which shouldnt conflict with others mods right? I have currently disabled kvatch rebuilt, and loaded my save before the quest of kvatch rebuilt initiates, which is from 2 hours earlier.. but i want to play kvatch rebuilt tho... maYuYang
You could try to deactivate all mods except Kvatch Rebuild and if you played with a Custom Race mod, leave that one activated, too. Check if you're able to run the quest then. If yes, another mod is causing conflicts with KR.Then again, I agree with Dezi saying that your load order looks... well, weird. Dl the tool BOSS, install it's components into your Data folder, it'll sort some of your plugins. I would recommend you to narrow down the cause: 1st test Oblivion the way I mentioned 1st. Then, activate a couple of mods(maybe 5) and see if the game crashes. Continue this untill the game crashes finally. The puggies you activated last might cause the problem, deactivate them and see if the game runs. You need to know that Oblivion will become more and more unstable the more mods you use. The only way to prevent that is to arrange them perfectly. Some ppl use Wyre Bash to do that. I cannot tell you much about that tool, I have it installed, but never used it untill now. But you can create a Bashed Patch with it and I read that that works wonders on stability.
