SangRahl Posted January 26, 2009 Share Posted January 26, 2009 I've been working on a set of 4 new unique armors (basic retextures, and new stats), and rather than toss them in a box to track down, I was thinking about going the extra mile and putting them on a squad of NPCs that you'd have to loot them from. And, that led me to thinking about the first Railway Rifle I got ahold of (looted from Lazlo Radford)... I think I've seen that the Leveled Lists have ben sorted out, but has anyone been able to make any NEW unique NPC encounters, like Sam Warrick, or the above Lazlo Radford, or along the lines of the Firelance explosion?
