Use for outcast outpost, possibly an actual player home

So I've just played through the 'Operation: Anchorage' DLC and I have to say I've rather disappointed. The armory is one thing (though could easily have been better, just with some more light) but the betrayal at the end where I'm not able to save anyone so I end up with an empty bunker.

Sure I can use it as a safehouse but I've found it's simply easier to use either of the vanilla homes (I'm not playing modded just yet) and safer too since I dont have to worry about being jumped as soon as I fast travel there. The super mutants even managed to kill the one guy who doesn't stand by the elevator who was left defending.

At least I'd hope for something of an expansion on the bunker to make it a better safehouse. Ideally with a restoration on the damage done during the combat from the betrayal.

At most I'd like to see a mod that allows you to get the outcast back in there or let the brotherhood take it over...or let you take it over properly as a player home with themes.

It is a mod I'll do eventually myself should no one else bother but as I am still learning geck and such and have a couple of NV mods in the work; I figured I'd make the request to see what turns up.

This is a serious necro, but I'd love to see that, the existing mod does a crap job, and I was about to start work on my own cleanup. My plan was to add the 3 extra floors you see you the way down as discrete levels, clear out the rubble from the first floor and add the two rooms blocked off by rubble, and start on improving the outpost by making a discrete armory level filled with standing power armor that you access through another elevator in the current armory. If you've made a mod that cleans up the area, I'd love to try that.
