Controller and keyboard simultaneously to access quick save function

i want to use a controller but also be able to access the quick save function which can only be used on the keyboard (f5 save f9 load).

 

Is there a way to make both keyboard and controller work simultaneously, or to assign quick save/load to the controller?

 

I use a ps3 controller with motioninjoy.

 

I think the option to have both keyboard and controller working would be best as it would give more options.
