FOSE file dissapears after playing

Soo,i install fose on the Fallout 3 folder and yes not in Data folder,then i clik in the fose_loader.exe and i run the game without a problem,then i quit the game a few minutes later i get a black screen and fose_loader.exe just dissapears and wen i try to paste a new one in the folder,the folder says i dont have permissions(but i have)and to paste a new one i have to reboot my computer.then a friend telled me to install FOMM and see if in there it says Launch FOSE but dont there says Launch Fallout 3,i rebooted my computer and i paste a new fose_loader and i launched FOMM and yes it said Launch FOSE,then i launched everything alright and i quit the game to see if the file dissapears,a few minutes later black screen again and the file dissapeard(yes its very weird).He said to me to change my folder to disk C:.I changed it tryed again but dissapeard again.i tried to reinstall Fallout and i deleted all my mods to test it and no changes still happen the same.

Oh new thing.Wen i dont quit the game.The game crash but no stopped working thing appears and black screen the file dissapears too.

Okk i fixed it it was my antivirus that was removing the file thanks :biggrin:
