Connecting new bones to new objects?

So basically, I' m making a mod that is based on animating a new body part. I have the new bones added in perfectly from nifskope, but whenever I go to move them around, the bones moves independently of it, flying around in free space. How can connect new bones to newly made objects? I know you can animate hair, so this shouldn't be a problem.

Edit: Realized what I was doing wrong through another Nexus User, got it fixed up easily.
