Problem with Skyrim update (Rondom Freezes but no FPS problem)

Ok So I've posted something for this before but it was just stuff for FPS Problems that people were giving me and than you to the people who gave me some tips to help me out. it helped a little but I wasn't having and problems with that. My FPS is fine when I'm fighting and doing everything else you can do. I play on a laptop and can play the game on high settings no problem.

What my problem is that when I play I have no slow down nothing until around every 1 to 3 Minutes my game will freeze for about 3 to 5 Seconds and it's getting really frustrating.

What i've done to try to combat this problem is i've uninstalled some Mods I don't need or use, then I got the mod Hialgoboost to see what would happen and it worked a little bit but it didn't take away the random freezing problem.

Now I think the problem is the update cause I never had a problem until I updated the game two days ago so I'm pretty sure that's the problem. So I was wondering If there's a patch out there that I can get cause there was one I found it was called Skyrim Anitfreeze Patch but this didn't do anything when I tried it.

I can't really figure out what to do, is there another patch out there cause i'm looking and I'd like help and it would be very much apreciated, or should I just wait until the next update to see if this is fixed?

Thank you to all the people that help me.

Freezing for a few seconds (but NOT crashing) is probably related to either overheating or texture swapping/loading from and to HDD, RAM and VRAM.

Since you have a laptop I'd advise to disable all your Windows 'Power save' features as a start to make sure your HDD doesnt powerdown or other things being put in a standby status.

Monitor your RAM/VRAM usage... if you see your RAM peak out to >3GB or VRAM constantly running on max capacity you pretty much found your problem.

You can try using texture optimalization if you run any HD texture packs including high res packs for weapons, armors, towns, trees, skins, etc. ( you can find that here: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/12801 ) to reduce system load.
