GNR bug, brotherhood not moving on

<PROBLEM SOLVED>

Hi guys,

i have a problem at the GNR when i meet the paladin brotherhood guys. In a lot of cases one of them does not move on, and even when all 4 of them move in the last building to the right places nothing happens anymore. They simply do not attack into the plaza. When i attack, the supermutants are idle until the first hit. I can kill them but the behemoth will not spawn this way and i cannot enter the building.

This way i cannot continue on with the game :(

 

I already loaded 10 times the auto safe entering the area, reinstalled the whole game+dlcs+mods and even loaded the last safe game before this, still nothing works.

 

I start the game with the Fallout Mod manager with FOSE, i have the GOTY edition (1.7) and i use only graphic enhancing mods (reanimated, HR textures, fellout..) + a weight mod + dialogue tweaks mod. I cannot image that any mod could cause this.

 

Besides this issue i also have a lot of attacking melee raiders are not animated, head rolls around, guys are floating issues.

 

Has anyone some ideas to help me?

Looks like i can only start the whole game anew right now. But i dont even know if this will help.

Thanks anyway. Looks like a forced vsync off (ipresentintervall=0) in the prefs ini f*#@s up the triggering in the game. In the falllout.ini it is ok though oO.

You'll probably find the option is completely ignored in fallout.ini and only takes effect when used in falloutprefs.ini. A lot of the settings are duplicated within the 2 ini files but only some settings work in fallout.ini and the rest work in falloutprefs.ini.
