I finally used the console to teleport to him and he's in High Rock (Mod: Beyond Reach) in the far south of the map fighting a bunch of cave spiders in front of a cave called "The Cavern". My goodness! Hello to all, I'm playing the Dawnguard Quest, where you have to find Gunmar to recruit him for Isran. And I can't find him! I have no map marker for him in Skyrim, no map marker in Solstheim. I visit all locations listed on various sites where he could be - nope, not in my game. And the journal says "He was last seen hunting a bear near The Caverns." I can't remember any location called "The Caverns". And I can't find any location with this name in the web - not in vanilla Skyrim, not in any mod I have installed. Has anyone any idea where Gunmar could be? Help would be much appriciated!
