dragonslayer2k12
Just thinking about it now and it seems like belethor is the only one? I was thinking about getting together a bunch of straight sword knight sword mods maybe armor too and they would only be sold by bretons in skyrim that are merchants and if there is atleast one breton blacksmith I could put some of them at his forge or for sale by him but the only other bretons in skyrim are the forsworn? dragonslayer2k12
I was just looking it up and belethor is the only breton other than that hag at the drug store in markarth? So now I will have to find a mod that drops in custom npc who are bretons and also merchants and or blacksmiths:-( I have read many places that making merchants is really hard and scripting is becoming more complex these days with all the dlc loaded in the game. MaidenUSA
*Possible Thieves Guild spoiler* Herluin Lothaire is a Breton merchant you earn after completing a Thieves Guild quest. He'll be at the Ragged Flagon. But he's an apothecary, so you might have to do some tweaking. Fianna, one of the food vendors in Whiterun, is also a Breton. Bothela and Muiri at The Hag's Cure in Markarth are Bretons, also apothecaries, as well as Vivienne Onis and Angeline Morrard in Solitude. I guess Bretons make good potions and ingredients. dragonslayer2k12
Yeah they are more suited to magic and other stuff but what I am eventually getting at is some kind of leftover armor and weapons trade from bretons. They do have connections to specific elves so maybe something related to that too but I am looking at all these knight/templar mods and thinking where do these fit in? The imperials would not sell it because they fought against the bretons for a while so I dunno at this point but solitude is probably the best place for those things to be sold. I guess get a mod for a breton merchant in solitude doesn't have forge since it is leftovers of stuff. Something I don't understand at all is how the bretons went from high society hob nob to forsworn hillbillies wearing animal skins and hanging out with hargravens. I am looking for alternatives to the defaults for red eagles sword and don't like the latest mod for it. I am trying to understand more about what red eagles sword would look like and how to fit stuff in to a mod for weapons and armor tied to bretons and red eagle too. Since he was a king and an important king, his sword should be straight or fancy straight or something. Using a saber design is more like an officers sword not a kings sword so straight looks more appropriate but there is nothing ready to go for that on the nexus. I have found some stuff here and there but I would have to mod several of them together to get close to what I want and I still don't know what it should look like really other than king style best of the best straight sword but not skinnny and not fat and not overdone but not simple either:-(
