Help a total noob out, game crash when pressing new game

Try making a new SKSE launch option in MO2 with this tutorial, just name it SKSE test or something:

Tried reinstalling SKSE and making a new launch option as described in the video, then tested with the in-game console and apparently SKSE is working.

 

But I still get the weird empty game menù with the "$mod manager" entry and if I start the game it's the same textureless dragon with game crash short-after

Have you tried reinstalling skyrim? Might have corrupt files. Also is MO2 located in program files? (it should be outside of program files)

Yes to both, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling skyirim and MO2 is in C:\modding\MO2 but the problem is there.

Then I don't know what to say other than start modding from scratch, remove all the mods, modding tools and programs because something somewhere got messed up along the way and you have already taken all the steps necessary to pinpoint the problem yet have not found it.
