remove red overlay during scan mod - deleted?

I'm trying to find a mod sometime I saw in late February that removed the red haze overlay when scanning, but cannot find it.

 

I've tried every keyword I can think of without any luck. Does anyone know if the mod was deleted or named bizarrely?
