Obis invisible bandit with merged and bash patch

just started a new game.

 

with obis with merged and bash patch the guy at the forge in ember shade mine is invisible. or was invisible with the patches checked. the mods i have that i think could effect that are.

so i guess just not merge of bash obis. but it seems weird it would do that
