NukaWar Posted May 4, 2013 Share Posted May 4, 2013 the great khans by the year of 2242 came from vault 15 with more 2 gangs the went into the wasteland. the thing is that they may got technology to create power armor. hes going to be black and red with few changes due the reason they are riders. thanks for the one that is going to create that. Devilman1975 Posted May 4, 2013 Share Posted May 4, 2013 (edited) Despite coming from a vault originally I would find it to be too much of a stretch to believe that the Great Khans are even capable of wearing power armor let alone creating it. Even the NCR weren't able to wear the scavenged armor from the Brotherhood of Steel and had the joint servos removed to wear it unpowered because they lacked the training to wear it properly. If the Great Khans ever came across a suit of power armor they would probably have to do the same thing assuming that they've got someone with the smarts to do it.
