Possibility of adding a new "Gender"

I've been working on a body replacer for quite some time now, and I'm now in the final set of steps where I am just tweaking the armors. It is a complete replacer...

 

In the mean time, I have been thinking quite a bit about the possibility having different races use different armor meshes. I'm basing this idea on the fact that there are separate armor meshes for each gender and that the game is able to differentiate between the two. So is there a possibility of having 3 "genders"?

The image above is taken from the geck, showing the Wasteland Wanderer armor. What I am looking to do is add another box to the right of female where I could select another set of models.

I am assuming that this couldn't be done in the GECK, but would it be possible to do it through a script?
