OpenWorldAddict
Now that Skyrim Legendary Edition has been announced, I am planning to get it some time this summer. I have a youtube channel on which I do Let's Plays. I am now doing a let's play for Oblivion, but Skyrim would be great for a hard core let's play. I am planning on doing a Let's Play as young teenage bosmer around 13 or 14 years old. The idea is that just before the game begins when she is riding in the cart with the Stormcloak rebels, she was passing through the mountains into Skyrim with her parents. They were coming to Skyrim to take refuge from the thalmor persecutors in The Rift with extended family, but as they crossed the border they ran into the battle between the ambushing Imperial's and the Stormcloaks. Her parents was caught in the crossfire, and by the end of the battle she was being led away in binds by the Imperials while her parents were being left behind to die. Usually what happens in the beginning of the game can be quite traumatic for any character, but for my character is four times so, especially since she just lost her parents. The whole idea is grab my viewers attention, and keep hold of them for the entire ride that my Let's Play will be. How I plan on doing that is by tugging on their heartstrings. Whenever any adult sees a child in trouble, even a teenager, their first instinctual reaction is to feel that they want to help the child some way. I am counting on that emotional parental reaction to hook them in. However, the only way that I will be able to pull it off is that if my character looks young, beautiful, and totally innocent. The vanilla version of the female bosmer looks terrible. I have been looking a dozens of facial and body mods for youthful teenage innocent look that I am depending on for my LP. If there are things that do that now, please let me know. If not, I would really appreciate if someone creates a mod that does that. By the way, I have looked at Playable Children Plus, and they look to small and too young for the kind of character I want to play. They look as if they are from 8 - 10 years of age, meaning before puberty. The kind of character that I want to play has just passed puberty, Edited May 4, 2013 by brianiangoodman
Sumyjkl
I know I'm late by about a month and a half, but I think I can answer your question. There is always the SKYRIM Teenagers Mod but if you want to have a lot of flexibility, namely if you are using elves, you have other options. Also I haven't tried this with elves so I don't really know if that will work seamlessly, but it should. My character: Image Image Image Image It took a bit of work to get that in Skyrim.I used the following mods to achieve that effect: CBBE - Caliente's body, (Note: nsfw or optionally not) this includes the face and body model, but not the sliders for changing it, this is basically needed, but optional. ECE - Extended character edit, extra sliders in the race menu for things like head/leg/shoulder ratios and facial features (requires SkyUI and SKSE I think) ApachiiSkyHair - For the custom hair, highly recommended, but not needed ECEE - RANs Enhanced Character Edit Enhancer - For extra sliders, I'm not sure I used these in my characterThese are all found on the Nexus, and should be found pretty easily. What I did: Get Caliente's big bottom edition mod, and install it, this will give you the face and body meshes and textures. In short, it makes females in game look a million times better, and allows you to make your character younger looking. Apachii Sky Hair is amazing. Must have it. I think my hair favourite is around 60-65 or so. It has about 100 hair styles, though most of them look a little strange on younger charaters. Install ECE, this is basically the main point of the entire process, without this there really is no point. It allows for custom changes to your character's everything. Get ECE Extender (ECEE), this I'm not sure I used, but it is still a good addition to ECE. The setup. From here you'll want to do a showracemenu in game. Mess around with your character using the ECE options on the far right of the menu. Generally, make the head larger, and the legs smaller. Of course you don't want to overdo this, and it's easy to. I have mine on the following: Leg size = -0.02 Head = 1.2 ForeHeadDown = -0.6 Neck Down = -0.33 And for the face: Cheek Width = 0.8, Chin Jutting = -0.6 (among other things you'll want to tweak) After ages of searching and messing with ECE I managed to make my character look younger. I hope someone will eventually make this sort of thing into a real mod, like the age slider from previous games but farther reaching. Perhaps someone should make a topic about it, but I couldn't be bothered.

Should be. I've used some of them together (RaceMenu and ECE) but I find that ECE and vanilla racemenu works better for me (interface-wise, RaceMenu becomes too cluttery)
Sumyjkl
ECE is sort of an addon to racemenu, and yes, it says it's compatible. (But racemenu's not necessary as far as I know) Edited July 3, 2013 by Sumyjkl
OpenWorldAddict
Well, RaceMenu is one of my must have mods.
