I know close to nothing about modding so I'm not gonna start saying that it'll be "easy" or anything like that. But I would LOVE to see Mewtwo as a playable race in Skyrim! of course he would probably need some more spells to work more like psychic powers than magic in the game but that's not really a concern right now.
