piperman123
Hi, sorry if I've done something wrong with this. I had a look at the rules and hat but I'm completely new to forums and pulled an all nighter trying to sort this out. So, I've got a lot of mods and I've managed to have them all working but after I updated them and add some more minor ones yesterday my game has started to lag like crazy and my fps have dropped to 7 in game and even the opening 'Bethesda' Logo is choppy. I've been looking through them to see if I can spot anything and searching online all day and night yesterday after finishing the updates and had no luck finding anything that helps. So I know I have some mods that aren't compatible but like I say, I had them working before updating them and only had some CTD's which I could live with as sometimes I could play all day without any crashes. I've been thinking the Skyproc patches might be the problem as I've not used them before but I had a look online and followed these instructions:Disable all your SkyProc mod esp files. Run the first SkyProc patcher. Enable that SkyProc patcher's .esp file. Run the second patcher, then activate it's esp, and repeat for all patchers you have.Which I reason means for example; disable the 'Automatic variants'.esp and patch then re-enable it. But would doing this wrong effect my fps? I've only tested the game within interiors as my clean save is indoors and with live another life I start off inside a room when I make a new game. Anyway, I've attached my load order .txt file and my dxdiag incase anyone wants to see if there's anything there that stands out. So if you could have a look chances are you guys will probably see something obvious that I've missed or something. I should point out that my game was running at 20-30fps for the 1st couple of minutes nad then would level out at 30ish before, which I don't have a problem with. Thanks, Piperman. Pguthrie2002
Having the same issue but after turning all of my mods off for a bit, then enabled them all at once and loaded a save with them all and getting tons of lag, even on the pause menu
irswat
I never had success using asis and variants together. try using crash fixes though it helps a ton. also using ordinador to compress your textures will help a ton too
