list of best mods

can someone tell me the mods which are the BEST which makes the game more realistic, cooler and other stuff not the cheating mods since there are so many mods which are pretty much the same i need sumone to help me choose the good ones only :P

theres about 90 other threads asking this exact same thing, and every week another pops up inwhich we link all the other threads that ask the same question and the same answers hehe.

What one would consider a good mod makes this nothing more than a matter of one opinion.

 

The most used doesn't mean the best. There are mods in the so called best list category, that quite a number of people think are total garbage.

Compare your question to what people say is the best movie.

 

So again I think you would need to try ones out for yourself anf make up your own mind.

I think it's too early to put together a complete list of mods as more and more come out everyday. Try browsing by category and filtering by number of downloads, descending. The "Latest Files" link is useful once you've poured through all of the existing mods. The "Top 50" and "File of the Month" sections are working now too. You should find some good ones in there. If you like a mod, rate it so others will know about it.
