lootification/SkyRE(Skyproc patch) like mods for oblivion?

are there any mods LIKE these mods that do similar things? i know that there are overhauls for oblivion that changes the difficulty somewhat and rebalances weapons and spawnpoints and spawn times and stuff like that. but are there any mods that adds more to it like SkyRE would changing up the "perk" system for oblivion for instance. as much as i appreciate the bonuses you get from skills being leveled up i'd much rather get to choose what kind of bonuses i get from it.

and as for the other one lootification are there any mods that takes the weapon and armor mods you have installed and shoves them into the leveled list so you can possibly find them on NPC"s and such. as much as i love my custom weapons and armors it gets boring not seeing anyone else having them randomly and it definitely makes it far too easy to get gold because there are certain armors i'd only use for certain types of characters and more often than not i'd end up selling off the armors and weapons from the chests they come in (if they're worth anything usually are) in turn getting me like.....at level one starting me off with like 10k gold >w<;; if a mod like this exists for oblivion please point me in the right direction if not is there any way to MAKE it?

the way i see it as annoying as it becomes to constantly use the skyproc patchers every time i install or uninstall a mod it definitely adds more to the world of skyrim changing where and who i might find these kind of things on who or what at what time. and SkyRE definitely makes skyrim more interesting on the whole most definitely. i'd like to see new life get breathed into my oblivion game like that ;w;

No, there is not a SkyProc equivalent for Oblivion. I'm not sure if thats just because no one ever thought to make one or if something about Skyrim's setup allows for it that Oblivion doesn't.

Personally I have created my own patches to add custom-armor and clothing to leveled lists, but they aren't things I can share since they are specific to my mod setup, which is highly idiosyncratic.

Its not that hard to do, especially with TES4Gecko merging and some time in the CS, plus Wrye Bash. But its not automated.

As for a "Perk" system, I think I remember some people working on Skyrim-style Perks for Oblivion, I don't think anything has come of it yet, and I wouldn't hold my breath. That would be a major overhaul in how the system works and may not even be really possible.

hmmm you'd think it would be possible.....this sucks......i mean wasn't fallout 3's engine just an updated and slightly altered oblivion engine? if so it should be possible.....i'm not asking for a deep deep perk system like skyrims just a perk system that lets the player choose bonuses depending on their own personal preferences like in fallout 3 or new vegas. they don't need to be directly related and achieved through a specific skill itself but rather having the right stats = that perk being opened up to you as a choice.

as for the skyproc patchers that really sucks....you'd think someone would have found a way to do that when the skyproc patch came out for skyrim thinking OH OBLIVION COULD USE SOMETHING LIKE THIS -does the work- >w<

The only mod I know of that does anything like the SkyProc patches is Dynamic Leveled Lists. At one point there was a plan to extend it from just creature/NPC spawns to also item drops, but nothing ever came of it.

As for the Perks, there were some major changes in the engine from TES4 to Fallout3/NV, and even more when it transitioned again to Skyrim.

The Oblivion Equivalent of SkyProc source files is located here: http://code.google.com/p/skyproc/source/clones

It's made by someone named Murderface.

No one has made any patchers using it other than the DLL mod, but I'm not sure if DLL uses Skyproc to begin with.
