Invisible Draw Distance Settings

Hey y'all,

so i'm very new to the whole mod things but so far i've been doing okay. The only difficult thing i've come across so far is the draw distance mod with all the things required to make it work. So i decided to let it go because i couldn't figure it out. I think that i've deleted everything but in the mod section in game there's an invisible tab with some draw distance settings.

Are those residuals from the draw distance mod? If yes do you know what i need to delete to make it go away?

 

If it's not the draw distance mod do you have any idea where this come from?

I'm 2 months late, but check if you've deleted the "necessary line" from "Bootstrap Registry", the "DLC folder of the mod" and the "XML file in the Bin folder".
