Fallout New Vegas M40A5 mod does not work

I downloaded the m40a5 mod properly, I bought it from gun runners and when I equip it, there is a giant red square with a white exclamation mark in the middle. I put the texture file and everything in the New Vegas Data file. I don't see what's wrong.

I put the M40A5.ESP file in there, I put every Mesh and texture file in there. I don't know what to do anymore. I clicked Data and I put all of the Texture and Mesh files in a little file in Data named "m40a5" put everything in there and nothing will happen. I can buy, shoot, and equip. But It's invisible with a giant red square over me. Any Idea what I did wrong?

That error means that the folder path is wrong. You didnt install it right. Make sure you put the new meshes into the meshes folder. Don't make new folder for stuff. The geck is expecting the mesh to be at data/meshes/weapons/ most likely. I don't have the mod so I can't help you anymore.

Ok, so I put m40a5.esp file in {Fallout New Vegas > Data} file
I put the m40a4 mesh in {Fallout New Vegas > Data > Data > Mesh > Weapon}
And I put the Texture in {Fallout New Vegas > Data > Data > Texture > Weapon}
And still nothing Happens

Open the archive in winrar. Make sure you Follow the folder structure the author has. Oh, and your using archive invalidation right?
