Only Workbench not working

Well I guess the title says it all.

 

The only thing that is not working for me is the workbench. Everything else is fine (Alchemy, enchanting, tanning, anvil, smelter, etc) but the workbench does not react

to the use command. I tried so far:

 

PCB

disabel/enable

Use a shout.

 

Older saves, where I know I used the bench are affected too.

 

Mod list:of recently installed mods (have a lot of them), maybe one is known to cause this behaviour:

I will try to deactivate mods one after another, but I just can't figure out which one could actually cause this
