HD Texture DLC, Can I Run It Through An AI Upscaler?

Could anyone guide me through how I could run the textures through an AI upscaler to use as new default textures for Ultra settings?

 

I know the official textures aren't usually bothered with but I feel like I may as well give the AI the theoretically slightly better source material.

 

Any texture mods would then override this but I wouldn't be installing textures for most/every aspect of the game.
