It's a Skyrim Special Edition mod created by the author Parapets. It tackles the Dark/grey face issue, and many that couldn't fix the issue using other methods praise the mod for it. Managing conflicts & load orders and using some of the mods available to tackle this issue can alleviate many of these problems, but there are times where it doesn't and I've been left with accepting the issue to continue playing.
