How to remove and replace default spawns from the game?

First of all excuse my poor english knowledge, and my low experience with fallout g.e.c.k.

 

I wish to know if i can replace every monster (moles, beatles, dogs, mutants and everything isn't a human or a ghoul) with ghouls, to quickly (i hope that) turn the normal fallout world in a zombie\ghouls postapocalyptic scenario.

 

I really appreciated the "28 week later" oblivion's mod, and, faithfully waiting for something like that, i want to know if my "idea" is something doable or not.

 

P.S. i'm starting to get bored to freeze a.i., spawn with "player.placeatme ######" a horde of ghoul and try to resist the invasion with the townies support, :wallbash: please help me :thanks:

You could replace a lot by navigating to Actors -> Creature and typing "lvl" in the filter box. Thigs like "LvlAnt" or "LvlMirelurk" are those used for most spawns in the game, you can edit them and change the "actor base" to a ghoul leveled list or whatever you want. This will replace most (but not all!) instances of that creature in game.

i've done it, but the mod crashes if i use the increased spawns mod at the same time, i'm now trying to increase (hugely) the spawns by myself, but i can't find where Mart (who made the increased spawns mod) modified them.

 

Soooo, please, help me again: where i've to put my hands to increase the numbers of a single spawn?

 

P.S. i just understood that Mart used a script to do his job, i'm reading it now, but i don't know how to modify it to make it work with the new ghoulish actor base.
